Submit a ticket
If you still can’t find it, then submit a ticket.
File a new ticket and fill in the requested fields. Give detailed information about how you are using our product, what you are willing to achieve and what the question or problem is.
Best is to include the information for us on how to reproduce your case on our computers.
View your tickets
Review and work on your tickets online.
Go to our help desk and first log on to the system with your email address and password. When you are logged in, click on View Tickets and you will get a list of all your tickets.
Click on a ticket on you will find our answer to your question, and you can reply to it.
